Procter & Gamble beat on both the top and bottom lines. The consumer-goods maker raised its full-year guidance for organic sales growth. Shares were little changed following the results. Procter & Gamble reported third-quarter results on Tuesday morning that beat on both the top and bottom lines and raised its full-year organic-sales forecast, but shares were trading little changed near $105.50 ahead of the opening bell. An unfavorable exchange rate was a 5% hit to the company’s top line.
